01About

What is Introduction

Introduction is a documentary research project about migrant entrepreneurs who build businesses in new countries and operate across multiple cultures at once.

We study how they make decisions, work with uncertainty, and use their difference as a resource for creating economic and cultural value.

02Why it matters

The world has changed. The way we see migration hasn't.

People, ideas and businesses are no longer tied to a single country or culture. Entrepreneurs operate in a global environment where the intersection of contexts is the norm, not the exception.

Migration is still mostly seen as a social challenge. We offer a different lens: it is a source of new economic and cultural value.

03Our thesis

People integrate not only by adapting. They integrate by creating.

Migration is not only adaptation to new rules. It is the process of creating new value at the intersection of cultures. Cross-cultural thinking becomes a competitive advantage.

04What we explore

Not success stories, but the mechanics of decisions

We treat each entrepreneur as a case study: with their own map of the world, market experience, mode of thinking and logic of action.

01

Cross-cultural thinking

How experience across cultures helps see opportunities invisible within a single context.

02

Strategy under uncertainty

How entrepreneurs decide when there are no stable rules, familiar markets or clear scenarios.

03

Creating value in migration

How cultural displacement turns into new products, services, business models and market links.

04

Entrepreneurial identity in transition

How role, thinking and strategy shift when one builds across countries, languages and cultures.

05What we do

We document experience. We extract strategies. We make them visible.

We work at the intersection of documentary and research. Each case is a source of knowledge about how value is created in cross-cultural environments.
